One of my best discoveries this year is the fabulous clothes at Banana Republic Factory.Ā Their clothes are the new American classics at their very best. Do like the selections of BR as agree on the most part are classics and appreciate you modeling some of their selections. For myself, like that some tops are being offered in semi cropped lengths as feel they work well with shorter jackets and blazers without having the concern to tuck in. Last but not least and risking to sound ‘like a mother hen’; something you might wish to consider for your cruise with a portion of it being the East Coast of Canada is, how your hair reacts to humidity and/or rain that often accompanies Aug. – Sept. temps ranging from 44Ā° – 78Ā° F degrees. (In other words you might require something as simple as a bobby-pin which you might not otherwise use, if your hair is anything like mine.)

I’ve become a big fan of BR factory clothing. My recent favorite purchase is several pairs of their tencel cargo joggers – one at clearance price. And the bonus for me was finding them in petite sizes – big score!
Tencel is such an amazing fabric. I am surprised to find it in a blend in the jeans you’re wearing. I’d be so tempted if they weren’t wide-leg style as it appears they’re pretty roomy in the thigh area.
They are roomy all the way down.

I did not find they ran large. I wear a 6 in their jeans, and this is what I have.
Imagine my surprise to open your post and see the sweater tank, I just returned. I’m 5’2″, and it’s a crop top. I didn’t even try it on. I wish retailers would give us garment measurements. This is the third online purchase In a row I’ve returned. It just doesn’t work and I feel guilty from an environmental standpoint.
Off todayās subject. I received the SAVE gray leopard sweater from fridays post yesterday afternoon. Just love it, going to be a perfect layering piece for fall. Will be shopping my closet for the rest of the outfit. Canāt wait to wear it. š„°

I am wearing the 6 P and turned them under a bit so I could wear them with flats now. I just hand sewed them so I can let them down when I want to wear with my loaders and booties.
BRF has been having tremendous sales, and the clothes look great. I, too, love their sustainability efforts! That tee-shirt dress seems perfect for travel but also good for everyday use. I’m still not sold on the wide-leg trousers though. I wear boots in the fall and am not sure (as you stated) that wide-legs would be a good choice with them. … I have to admit to being a little disappointed that none of the sweaters selected come in Petite.
I think wide leg jeans are great with booties in cooler weather.
