Happy Wednesday, ladies. Today I’m sharing some of the best-selling beauty products on Amazon. I order a lot of my skincare and beauty products on Amazon because the selection is great and the delivery is almost instantaneous. I’ve actually had things arrive on the day I order them.
I spent some time searching through some favorite beauty gurus’ Amazon storefronts and found a ton of awesome products. Some I have tried, and some I have on my want-to-try list. Here are a few that caught my eye.
It’s fun to see what other beauty products people swear by. Have you tried any of these bestsellers on Amazon?
Thanks for reading, and remember to wear what makes you feel confident.
Corection to my commnet: actually, low levels of minoxidil not Rogaine …
“Although a growing group of dermatologists is offering low-dose minoxidil pills, the treatment remains relatively unknown to most patients and many doctors.” Apparently it’s not FDA approved for this purpose (e.g. hair growth), which may be one reason dermatologists don’t know about it.
I love the Olaplex shampoo and conditioner and purchased due to your recommendation, so thank you! I can buy locally which is my preference over Amazon.
Have you tried the Lilysilk pillow cases or is that a brand that caught your eye? I was wondering about the quality… I have been paying much more.. would love a less expensive option…
I haven’t chased down the link but read last week in the NYTimes that a doctor has had stunning success prescribing oral rogaine (REALLY low dosage) to help his patients grown back their hair. It apparently works much better than topical solutions. Worth checking into. Definitely going to try the OPI nail product: I need all the help I can get. On the flip side, does it bother anyone else that cosmetic companies (like Kiehl) harvest from glaciers? Who among us really needs Arctic-environment protection?
Wow, you really covered everything. We buy most everything on Amazon because they usually have what you are looking for. I’ve used Nioxin products for years and I really think it has helped keep the hair I have after chemo. I’m going to give some of these products a try. Love all the info you give us. Thanks.
I’ve been using the MD Ulta products for years. Love them! No scents, no filmy residue. My college daughter says they don’t cause any acne, even during the covid masking times. And, the size is great for travel!
Nioxin products have a wonderful mint aroma. I’ve found them a bit drying to my curls since my mid-50s. The shampoo and conditioner worked great post-chemo (41) and used them for years. I now alternate between curly specific hair products and Nioxin… seems to be working. The conditioner doubles as a refreshing shaving lotion.
Do you know if the eye products cause any sensitivity? I’m scared to death of eye reactions and have sensitive, dry eyes. The eyebrows never did properly return.
I’ve used the Elta ME tinted sunscreen this year and love it. I’m 70 and its looks great on my skin. I just started the Revita Brow and hoping for the best.
Have used Nioxin for a few years as my hair thinned horribly in front after a bout with excess and shampoo prescribed by a dermatologist caused a bad reaction. It has worked beautifully for me, and I am afraid to quit using it!
I’ve been using the Elta md tinted face sunscreen all summer, and it is wonderful. I really hate the goopy feeling of so many other facial sunscreens, but this one doesn’t have that feeling. Even on long days at the beach with my grandson, this protected my face and neck.
Ditto, but shall also add that the Lilysilk Pillowcases are a worth while investment as you will never will wake up with bed-head no matter what your sleeping position is. -Brenda-

I have not heard of this. Thanks for sharing Maeve. Iāll do some reading up on it.

I have tried them. They were lovely and white until my husband put them in a load with bleach, and they turned a nasty yellow shade.

Another vote for Nioxin! Iām going to order some.

Thanks!
One eye Dr told me not to use eyelash serum with my ocular rosacea and one said it was fine to. I use it every third day and find it ok.

It takes time to work, but Iāve had great success with the Revita Brow. I hope it helps you too.

Thanks for the recommendation. I tried it years ago and should try again. My hair goes through shedding cycles which is so unnerving.

Elta makes great products. I love their things.
Thanks for providing the Amazon.ca links. Some of the products are different in Canada, but there are others I might try.

I love my silk pillow cases!!
My pleasure! I know how limited it can be to shop in Canada.
