Cashmere,Traveling, and a Cashmere Giveaway
I’m off to Vancouver this week to spend priceless time with my daughter, then on to a conference in Nashville. I know from experience that airports, planes, and big conference rooms are notoriously cold, so I always pack a cozy wrap in my carryon. Since I want to be able to reach it quickly, I like to bring it in my handheld, which means it needs to be portable.
I was thrilled to discover this cashmere travel set, which includes not only the wrap… but a cashmere eye mask and comes in a cashmere envelope. Talk about luxurious!

This wrap is perfect for wearing on the plane, but I’m not planning to save this just for travel. It makes an excellent throw for the couch to snuggle under when reading a good book, or for me, the inevitable catnap that will result from said position:)
The mask is perfect for flying. Just drape the throw over your body, slip on the mask, and it signals to everyone that you’re not to be disturbed! It’s so soft against your face; it’s comfortable to sleep in.

I would love to find the short cashmere robe under the tree this Christmas and the pure cashmere shawl. The cashmere travel set is unique and would be perfect for travel. Like you, I probably would not reserve it only for that purpose but would use it for naps as well.

Cashmere isn’t sheep’s wool, so it might work for you. I can’t wear wool of any kind next to my skin, but cashmere doesn’t bother me at all.

Love the travel set and shawl! So many colors that would be lovely accents to my wardrobe it’s hard to choose one. Travel set – pewter gray would be a great basic and the iced blue shawl would go with so many pieces.

Many years ago i bought cashmere socks at Banana Republic and loved their luxurious feel, so I would want two pairs of the unisex cashmere socks. My second item would be the purple iris shawl just because. I was interested to see that these ship from here in North Carolina. Have a grand visit with your daughter.
