Casual Jeans Outfits – What I Wore
I brought things other than jeans with me, but you’d never know by my daily outfits. Of course, that shouldn’t come as a big surprise because that’s what I usually reach for at home. Here are a few casual jeans outfits from the last few days. There’s a sameness about these looks because they’re all my clothes:)
This was the day before my shin splints attacked so I was wearing sandals.
This linen blend cardigan is getting worn a lot. (Newest version for fall). The weight is perfect for the weather and because it’s dark, it isn’t showing dirt. I love how easy this type of open cardi is to toss over things. It’ll also be a perfect piece to transition into fall when I want to wear fall clothes but we’re still having hot weather.
The weather cooled off one day so I wore a warmer sweater that I expect to wear all fall. This color is teal, and one of my very favorites. The ivory blouse has proven to be a workhorse in my travel wardrobe. It comes out of the commercial dryers, ready to wear. I’ll be looking to add a few more of these in other colors this fall.
These sneakers are almost as comfy as the walking sneakers I bought last week so I’m interchanging them along with my white tennis sneakers.

Casual Jeans and White Shirt
Another day, another pair of jeans with the same white shirt…are we getting bored yet:) I added a fun belt to change things up. This belt comes in stunning burgundy metallic here, and black here. Ā It runs a bit small, I’m wearing a medium. The no-iron white shirt is totally classic so acts as a great base to build upon.
My daughter took us to see the Van Gogh Immersive Exhibition which is amazing! I highly recommend it. I could not resist buying a “Starry Night” mask and immediately removed my lipstick so I didn’t smear it the first time out. Have you ventured out to any art exhibits?

Love a white button-down with jeans. Your sweaters give a more put-together look which is great for going in and out of a/c. I take a sweater along in my car and go from the sweltering heat outside to the freezing inside of the office or even the grocery store.
Exhibits are so enjoyable but I haven’t been to one since before Corrona hit.

Love your outfits and will keep in mind for winter, South Carolina is still warm. I do use sweaters because of air conditioning everywhere. Right now still wearing white crop jeans.
Iām still wearing my white jeans too ;). Iāll be back to sweltering weather soon enough.

No, I have not gone to any exhibits here. Pretty much staying home.
By the way, I bought a great purse at Walmart. I donāt normally buy purses there but this one had some style. Has a dedicated space for a laptop and room for everything you might want on a daily basis. It looks like leather but isnāt and it was under $30.00. I tried to post on your FB account to show it off but you had closed it for posting.

That sounds fabulous!! I love my pearl earrings but didnāt bring any on this trip.
Looking forward to fall, which would be November here in Texas. We are 96 today with nice wind, so not terrible. We run from our ac homes, to our ac cars, to ac stores pretty much. We wear , shorts , capris, snd cool dresses most of the time now.
We are having a surge here with the variant and masks are starting to be worn more now, again. School started today in person with masks optional , no mandate.
I do wish everyone would do their part to make this Covid go away and save more lives. Our state is only 50% vaccinated still.

I do agree with you about the masks and the vaccines. I am terrified for the children in schools.
We are in the nineties so itās hot but I get tropical breezes so it seems cooler. I love every outfit. Start with a white shirt, jeans and you are half way to a great look. I donāt believe Iāve ever seen a cardigan this thin.
I went to the Van Gogh Immersive exhibit in Vancouver a couple days ago. The colour, textures, music – so amazing. As the posters say, āyou must Goghā!
I too live in jeans and various cardigans (brrr! indoor air conditioning) in the summer but like to swap out jeans for cute denim skirts when it gets warmer.

Youāre dressed for fall in summer. I guess itās due to the incredible heat back home. You would feel high 70s cool. Iām walking around in capris & sleeveless tops or sundresses. Lol I suppose the tall buildings leave you in the cooler shade, as well.

Everyone was so careful where we went and youāre actually not close to people because itās a huge room and they limit the number of people at a time. Hopefully it will revisit where you are
I love your casual but classy style! I wear jeans mostly, as well but have recently added some great patterned & colored straight legged pants from Target to my wardrobe. Theyāre a better alternative when it hits 115ā here. Iāve added a couple of t-shirt dresses for survivalā¦
Target has great T shirt dresses. In that kind of heat, nothing is cooler than a dress
