Nordstrom Looks

Happy Friday ladies! I’m excited and honored to share my newest sponsored collaboration with Nordstrom. They’ve been my favorite retailer since I walked into my first store over 30 years ago. The selection is huge (online), the shipping is always free (both ways), and the service can’t be beaten.

When you shop an item online at Nordstrom, they offer styling suggestions and ways you can put your whole look together. They’ve invited me to create and have my own LOOKS page on Nordstrom.com. How cool is that? It’s sort of like playing paper dolls with real items a woman can actually wear!

I’ve created just over 20 looks. Here are a few:

  1. Congratulations, Jennifer! How exciting for you to be such a great part of the Nordstrom team! ? I especially love your Christmas morning outfit. We’ll be traveling and I need to think about what to wear early Christmas morning with the grandkids. I’d never thought of a headband and my hair is usually the scariest (hilarious) part of Christmas morning photos. Maybe at least a Santa hat in order…

    1. Santa hats… of course!! My hair is never pretty in the morning.

  2. Good post! I especially love the Christmas morning outfit. I remember one Christmas morning my mother in-law called me Raggedy Ann. I will spare you my response. ?

Congratulations! And thank you for showing a few of your pages. I found several items that really struck my fancy. Growing up in Seattle my mother taught me how to shop the sales at Nordstrom’s and stressed how quality was an important key to having a long lived wardrobe. And I have been blessed to share this sage piece of advice with my daughter and granddaughters.

Congratulations. You’re an ideal spokesperson for Nordstrom.

  6. This is my favorite type of posts- putting together outfits! Love them all.

  7. Congratulations on your LOOKS page! It seems like such a natural fit for you. Loving the pages you put together. I usually go to Pinterest for ideas like this. Looking forward to seeing more.

My late mother in law always was sure to have a proper ensemble for Christmas morning! It was usually a pretty red, zipper up the front robe; she would add a small square scarf around her neck, chunky earrings and some snazzy slippers. Her inspiration motivates me to add lounge wear to my wardrobe. Right now I’m loving the Talbots super soft pieces in a soft gray. Thanks for the Black Friday specials!

  9. What a happy post! Have a great time shopping. I’m sticking to online stores today. Not fond of crowds.

  10. ANNE SHANNON says:

Congratulations Jennifer on teaming up with Nordstroms. I started buying from them following your posts. I live in Ottawa and have discovered they sell only the more expensive items in their Ottawa store. If I want to buy cheaper items from their website.

    1. Thanks Anne. I noticed that happens in their Vancouver store too. Shopping is tough for Canadians. And paying duty makes it more so.
