Look of the Week: Sneakers and Tee
Happy Monday ladies. We packed up our little RV trailer and hit the road on Saturday. Unfortunately, my husbandās man cold hit me like a sledgehammer. I’m feeling anything but chipper.Ā I traveled wearing a greatĀ tee, my most comfy jeans, andĀ sneakers. An unusually casual outfit for me but…man cold.
Ā After a long drive, we arrived in San Diego and found this view from our campsite.
The weather is warm and sunny with the loudest sound being seagulls. Just what I need.
Last Saturdayās post about going gray generated a lot more attention than I anticipated and prompted many of you to share your feelings. Thank you! Thatās one of the things I love most about this blog. The give-and-take of women supporting other women with a sense of community.
Iāve been thinking of starting a private Facebook community page so we can talk and share in a private forum. It would be a place you could ask questions, start conversations and would allow us to connect in a more secure environment. Let me know in the comments if thatās something youād be interested in.
Several of you asked in your comments to see my sassy new haircut. I not feeling sassy, but here it is. My stylist cut long layers around the center of my head just above my ears. 
It allows me to get some extra height on top and adds volume at the sides. I like this much better than my last cut and hope to grow out more of my gray so I can decide if I like it on me.

I love your new haircut! Give yourself enough time to decide if you like the gray or not. We are always evolving so in the future you might decide not to keep it. For now I keep mine long and natural but that could change! Itās ok, just depends on us to make the decision!

Where are you camping in San Diego? We live in San Diego, but we are currently traveling in the Central Coast Area in our Motorhome. LOVE the haircut! Great idea about the private Facebook page. Iād enjoy talking about fashion, RV travel and knitting.

When I have a cold, I love to drink hot cider drink mix. In our area, it is found next to the hot chocolate mix. Very soothing for a cold. Feel better.

You look great for having a cold! Love the new haircut. I always dress casually when on a road trip. Nothing is worse than constricting clothing when sitting for hours.

First, I love, love, love your haircut. You look so adorable, fresh, and yet classic. I also think that outfit is perfect for RV travel. Ok, Iāve never RV travelled in my life, but I do bike and use to Camp. Comfy and cute are my goals still while camping. I love the idea of a private group, then we could also post photos for comments and suggestions.
