It’s no secret that I’m a huge fan of Soma’s. I love their products plus their company ethics are admirable. They have an annual Bra donation program which collects and distributes gently worn bras to victims of domestic violence. They’ve also expanded their programs to help I Support The Girls. This program provides bras and menstrual hygiene products for girls and women experiencing homelessness.

Brava for going without makeup. I have relied on it far too much throughout my life, and am now going out from time to time without it. Part of loving myself as I am. But notice the ‘from time to time’ and only to certain venues. I still love my ‘dress up’ most of the time and that includes at least basic makeup – eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara and lipstick. I love makeup but it looks kind of silly with jammies. My coloring is so pale make up gives me a nice boost
