  1. Absolutely! It’s cute and fresh with a nod to a classic traditional style. I think it would be a perfect casual Friday office outfit!

  2. I wouldn’t wear this outfit. I like the color of blouse but not the print. I think the puffy shoulders with tighter arms would not flatter me at all. I like the pattern of the pants but not the length. I have short legs, & this length is not flattering on me.

  3. The blouse I would not wear as I have broad shoulders. The colour is very festive though. The pants would look better if they were longer.
They look as if they (had a fight with the shoes).

  4. I would wear this top with black pants. I wouldn’t tuck it in. I have a pear shape, so interest and volume up top work for me. The colors are perfect for my complexion.

  5. I like the outfit-just not on me. It could be styled with boots and look pretty good on someone with a few less miles than I!

  6. I LOVE THIS SERIES!! Can I shout this loud enough NO!!!!! I have big shoulders so I would never wear puff sleeves. I am not a bow, ruffle, or puff shoulder type. I am sure they are lovely on some but they are not for me.

  7. Rosemary Brock says:

I really like this outfit. Might like the pants to be longer. But on me they probably would be!

  8. I wĆ“uld, but my menopausal waistline doesn’t allow for much tucking in of shirts. ????

  9. I bet most of us are at an age where we have seen fashion trends come and go. This one is a re-run maybe 3 X’s since childhood (even when Talbots was a catalogue only). I might include one item in my wardrobe with a puff sleeve if I could get a lot of wear out of it to make it worth the time it will be in FASHION. It too will have an end date. Not a classic, but who knows, maybe.

  10. Lori Stewart says:

I love the slacks, but I would have to see the blouse on me to give it a yes or no. I donā€™t like how it looks on the mannequin. I love the main color on the blouse, but the print has me hesitating.

  11. The ensemble might be nice on someone else. I don’t mind the puffed sleeves since I have narrow shoulders . I’m not sure I can wear that shade of pink, though. Also, it looks as though it might have a hidden placard, though so I probably wouldn’t be able to wear it. Buttoned tops don’t work with my large bust and relatively narrow shoulders.

I wouldn’t pair it with those pants either because I don’t care for the contrast level nor the length. I wish women had as many fit options in pants as men do!!! As I’ve gotten older, my hip measurement has become about 2 inches less than standard sizing allows for my waist to hip proportion so pants now always sag. I know this phenomenon is common in post-menopausal women and I wish there was a standard sizing option to accommodate this natural widespread occurrence. I’m probably going to have some maxi skirts made for me and may phase out all non-legging pants and even minimize legging which fit only somewhat better.

  12. I actually like the blouse – the color, the print, and the neckline. I almost always wear a thin cardigan so the puffy shoulders might or might not work.

  13. Carolyn Robinson says:

Love the color/pattern of the blouse. Would definitely try it on. Do not care for the crop pants.

  14. I’m loving that blouse which I think would look good on my narrow shoulder – I’m a pyramid (or a pear) and I like the color, the print, and the neckline. In general, I like the half tuck look but not sure it’s working with this style blouse? I’d probably pair it with black pants. While I like the color of the pants, I’m not fond of that length especially with the width at the bottom of this pair.

  15. I would not wear this. I do not like the top (puffy sleeves, color, or print) nor the pants (too short).

  16. I love the pants,so tired my skinnyā€™s on everyone.I have not tucked my shirt in the pants in a long time, not sure I should!

  17. No. I don’t like the sleeves at all. I’m hoping we stop the statement sleeves soon. I see lots of crazy sleeves on the clearance racks. Not for me. I would wear the pants if they were regular length. I like the print.

  18. annie vanderven says:

Love the blouse, puff sleeves help with the slopping shoulders you get as you get older. The pants are a no, no when like me you are 5ft3

  19. No, sorry. I would not wear the blouse because I have broad shoulders and I think the puff would just accentuate them. The pants are too short and I do not like the pattern have a merry Christmas

  20. I would not wear any of this. Been there, done that with the puffy sleeves in the 80’s. I have broad shoulders so I don’t need to emphasize them. I hate the too-short pants trend! My preferred inseam is 32″ and I just look utterly ridiculous in cropped or ankle length pants.

  21. Sandy Dugger says:

I agree with all the above comments that love the blouse, but not the pants. I would wear the blouse, but would pair with something black and slim leg pants. I am pretty short at just over 5′ tall and slender, and don’t like to wear something that will make me look even shorter. But, love the blouse and the color. Would go great with my white hair….

  22. Leslie Brodbeck says:

Almost ready for Christmas. Just a few things left to do. I really like this entire outfit. I donā€™t usually tuck things in because I like to hide a little tummy but I would try it in this case. I love everything about it, the blouse, the pants and I do like pants that length.

  23. I like the color & pattern of the blouse, and I think the puffy shoulders would look fine on me. I think the pants compete with the blouse & would look better in a solid color. They’re also way too short for me.

  24. beth byrd says:

I like the blouse very much. It’s such a pretty color. I have to agree with Kathy above … I do not care for that short length of pants. I don’t think it is a flattering length for many women.

  25. Yes, I like this blouse and the puffy shoulders make it a statement piece. Hate the pants; when will we get back to regular lengths again!

  26. Love the blouse and the puffy shoulderā€™s would work for me because I have narrow shoulders. Because Iā€™m only 5ā€™3ā€ or less, not sure how it would look. I think I would like it better with black….very narrow ankle pants or skinny velvet jeans.

  27. The blouse is great but I would prefer longer, straight legged pants. I think the blouse is a statement on its own and the pants should not compete with that.

  28. I am on big time crunch…so much to do, so little time. I have a huge crowd beginning to show next week! I am not a fan of this look. It seems disjointed to me…patterns don’t go well, the purple color is just not right (I prefer a more saturated purple), and the pants are really short. I would not wear it or try it on. It just doesn’t fit my style adjectives. But I am sure would look lovely on just the right person. Thanks so much!

  29. Hi Jennifer. I’m about halfway ready fir Christmas. No cookies baked, no wrapping done and about 5 to 6 gifts still to purchase.
Good luck with locating decorations or with stringing popcorn……????
On thus outfit, I really like it. I think it would be nice for a dinner out with friends, a holiday afternoon party, open house, better than my usual jeans or leggings. I like this blouse color, the trouser would be nice on my body I believe (would have to try them on)! All in all, like it!
