I would wear this but not together, it would be too bulky for my body type. Skirt would be great with a short sleeve t-shirt and tennis shoes, or a pretty summer print top and sandals. I like the sweatshirt but like others I couldn’t wear it now with heat in the south…not even cool enough in the evening with the temps in the high 70s at night. I personally love the bow on the back it gives a plain top character! I especially like it on the black or grey one. I would wear that in the late fall with jeans.

I’d pair the skirt with any color solid or stripe T shirt, add some tennis shoes, and you have a sporty fun outfit for running errands or meeting up with friends for lunch. I’d probably not wear the sweatshirt with the skirt, but I’d totally add it to a cute pair of crops for cooler summer days/evenings.

Years ago I bought a midi-sweat skirt from The Gap. I took it when we took our then teens to Italy for Spring Break and I wore it all the time. It was a step up from sweatpant, but with tights and clogs I didn’t feel out of place in Rome, where the ladies tended to be a bit more dressed up than your average American. I think it looks very comfortable and if I were going someplace I would think about that as a way to have a nicer looking than sweats but nearly as comfortable item in my suitcase.

I would wear the skirt with a different top. As others have stated, sweatshirts are often too hot for the upcoming months, and the bow too troublesome to tuck under a jacket or sweater for fall. The skirt with a cute statement T shirt or chambray shirt would be a possibility for me.

I like the color combination of the two pieces, but I think the outfit needs some accessories or something; it’s a bit plain!

Yes I would definitely wear it! Very cute and I love the bow in the back of the sweatshirt! I think I could wear this summer in Northern Wisconsin when we visit my mother in law at the lake…evenings get cool..
Your blue and white dress looks great on you..😊

The sweatshirt looks comfy for Fall but definitely not now – we’re going to have temps near 100 degrees this week! I don’t like the bow at all, I think it’s a strange addition for a sweatshirt & seems like an afterthought.
I love the blue/white striped dress you’re wearing. It looks so fresh & cool!

Cute outfit. I don’t think the skirt would work for me. I like mine longer and fuller. I really like the top. Great color and looks very comfy.

I couldn’t pull it off, but I think it’s a cute outfit (from the front). I agree that the bow isn’t necessary, and to my mind makes the shirt more suitable for a younger person.

I love it! It looks very comfortable – but not for June in Florida!! That would be a winter outfit here!! I think it would look super cute with white lace up sneakers.

No. For me personally, it’s way too schleppy.

This skirt look so comfy and I think that it a garment that could be worn year round. It looks navy in the photo and I’d much prefer it if it were. I have too many black items in my wardrobe — plus I think navy would be great for summer.

I like the top except for the bow on the back — I really don’t get it. It doesn’t look bad, but in my opinion, it is a decorative touch that really isn’t necessary. I think the simplicity of the shirt goes against the frilly style of the bow.

I would wear the top in late winter & spring with jeans, but it is definitely not a piece to be worn in the heat & humidity of a Midwest summer. I wouldn’t wear the drawstring skirt at all for a variety of reasons.

I really love the sweatshirt top but feel it is too bulky to tuck in. The skirt is great although I would probably shorten it since I am petite and don’t feel the midi length is flattering on me.

I love it! Fun & casual with flats or sandals. Easy to wear both items with other pieces.

This neckline would show case my neck. Not a good look for me.
Midi black skirt is a definite No. it’s June and I’m ready for summer colours.

Yes, I would wear it. It’s sporty and basic which I like. The back bow on the sweatshirt elevates the look. I could see wearing this to a casual gathering “with the girls.” I would prefer the skirt to be a petite length and maybe not a midi. I love the cuffs on the sweatshirt; different and cute. I would wear a wedge-like sandal in all black. I would probably wear silver hoop earrings and a silver pendant on a black cord.

I think this is super cute and good prices. I’m not a bow person so if I bought this, I’d make some adjustments. It looks to be easy on and off without untying it. I might try making the ends of the bow shorter, or tie it in a square knot and shorten the ties or see if I could cut and sew one of the ties to make a short band. I bet you could even cut the ties off and tack the back closed then use a pretty pin as an accent.
