  1. Love these ideas. I have several in my Amazon cart now. Thank you!

  2. My husband loved a Masters of Malt whisky advent calendar! He loved opening a wee dram every evening.
My 40 something sons have rediscovered Lego sets. The sets range from movie themes to holiday themes to famous artwork and places. Theyโ€™re meant to assemble and leave together. Costco carries some. Iโ€™m thinking of gifting them Lego gift cards this year.

  3. Perfect, Jennifer! My SIL is impossible to buy for, but this year he is getting that knife making kit.

  4. Each year many influencers post their gift list ideas for men but I honestly think yours is the best one yet. I have added a few things to my cart.
    Thanks for ideas!

    1. I’m so glad you like these ideas

  5. Hi Jennifer, I really love my toilet lights! I have them in every bathroom. Very helpful, but so many donโ€™t realize. Thanks!

  6. My husband LOVES that heated vest!

  7. These are all really thoughtful gifts. Men are really hard to buy for for sure! My husband seems to almost have all of these, ugh.

  8. Great gift ideas! My husband doesnโ€™t need much either, or buys it if he wants it. Years ago, I read a book โ€œthe Five Love Languagesโ€ by Gary Chapman. I discovered that receiving gifts was not his love language, but it was mine. His love language is gifts of affirmation and gifts of service. So I bake him special treats for Christmas and his birthday and I thank him and acknowledge things he does for us and our family.

  9. Weโ€™re at the stage in life that when we need or want something, we buy it. It makes Christmas a struggle. We donโ€™t exchange gifts but I start keeping a list of a few special things we might want for when the kids ask for ideas. Youโ€™ve put together a great list of unexpected gifts.

  10. A couple of other suggestions that I have given my hard-to-buy for husband over the years are tickets to a concert or event and letting him pick a gift to give from the World Vision Gift catalog. I was surprised by how many of your suggestions he already has.

  11. Good morning!
May I add one. I recently got a remote control boat for my husband on his birthday. I ordered it on Amazon for about $80. It has been fun to take with us on walks and to parks. Our grandson even had fun with it in the hot tub.
You have lots of other good ideas for those so hard to shop for men.
    Thank you
    Cristi

    1. That sounds like a real winner!! I love that idea

  12. Jennifer,
I fell your pain, my husband is the same. However, Iโ€™m beginning to feel that way too. I prefer to streamline things these days. Less is more. Perhaps an โ€˜experienceโ€™ as a gift. A long weekend to a favorite place, a wine or beer tasting, a birdwatching destination, the Corvette museum, you get the ideaโ€ฆ.. something that speaks to his interests. Bring home memories not stuff !
    Just a thoughtโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆ

    1. I do love the idea of giving memories! Most of us all have too many things.

  13. Why are men so hard to shop for. I have no idea. This is a great list! I esp like the idea of a new Harry’s razor + blades for the guys in my life — and if you have a woman to shop for who is equally difficult, Flamingo razors are made by Harry’s and designed for women, with interchangeable blades between the two. I’m a sucker for well-designed packaging, and I love Harry’s.

    1. PS. I meant to add, I’m secretly giving my husband an airline ticket to visit our daughter and grandchild in December. I think I’ll add a Harry’s razor and some compression socks. Yay!

  14. Some great menโ€™s gift ideas , thanks Jennifer x

  15. Dorothy Terwilliger says:

Thanks for the great ideas! My husband loves Harryโ€™s which I gave him two years ago. And there are great products to go with it like the shave cream with eucalyptus.

  16. The “home run” gifts I’ve given: Small/Medium Stihl chainsaw (and I love my little rechargeable one), Webber Grill, a really good pair of binoculars, a good pocket knife. An event such as race car experience at a track, a hunt of some type or round of gold at special place. We don’t “give gifts just to have something to open” – our gift is watching our kids and grandchildren opening gifts. We sometime give each other a trip somewhere and it “counts” as Bday & Christmas for both of us! Merry Christmas y’all!

    1. I love the experience idea for gifts. Binocs are great! I received some myself a few years ago. Lovely.

    2. I am LOL’ing at the chainsaw gift. My husband would go crazy for this! ๐Ÿ˜‰
