Blair’s New DenimEase For Spring

Todayās look is one you see me wearing often. A great denim jacket, comfy jeans, and a nice tee. The jeans and denim jacket are part of Blair’s new and improved DenimEase collection which features jeans, capris, skirts, and jackets with built-in stretch to move with you.
My tank top comes in 7 glorious colors sizes in misses and women’s sizes S-3XL. For reference, I’m wearing the serenity blue in small. It’s the perfect cotton tank with a touch of spandex to layer under everything this spring.
This Denimease Stretch Denim Jacket is anything but basic. It’s a nice hip-length to cover your tops in their updated and refreshed DenimEase fabric that’s stretchier, softer, and comfier than ever before. Some denim jackets have a thick, stiff fabric but this one is light and flexible so it’ll be perfect all spring and summer. It’s available in 4 colors in misses and women’s sizes S-3XL. I am wearing a small so it runs TTS.
Straight jeans are trending for spring and I couldn’t be happier. A straighter leg helps balance our hips to give a slimmer look than most of those skin-tight skinnies. I paired my denim jacket with these DenimEase Mid Rise Slimming Jeans that sit just slightly below the natural waist. They come in light and medium wash, in misses, petite, and women’s sizes 6P-26W. I’m wearing the medium wash in 8 petite which has a 28″ inseam that’s perfect on me!
These have classic 4 pocket styling with zip closure. I don’t know how they do it, but these jeans have a flat elastic on the inside which makes these as comfy as pull-on jeans! The elastic helps snug up the waistband which prevents any gaps and helps them fit like a dream.
I’m also wearing this Essential Knit Elbow-Length Scalloped Tee in Beach Glass. It comes in 13 colors, sizes S-3XL. This tee is amazingly soft and so nicely made I would have expected a higher price! The cotton blend is substantial and soft so even the white would be opaque. I’ve always loved elbow-length sleeves because they cover parts of the arm we may not want on display.
This tee looks polished tucked or untucked and the scalloped neckline frames your face beautifully.

I love the pull on jeans, so tired of the bulge zippers give when wearing certain tops….. I’ve emailed them to see if they send to Canada, I hope their response is YES! My skin has gotten sensitive with age. Wearing softer fabric helps. I am curious about the jeans with the mysterious flat elastic waistband. Hope they offer a moto jacket next year for those of us who need as little bad girl sprinkled in.

Oh my, surrounded by green grass and petunias (?) how lucky as we are still knee deep in snow … āŗ…. but do appreciate your look Jennifer as is encouraging. Did check the Blair website out however it appears they may not deliver to Canada.
On that note though, yesterday you inquired about Mexico. Have been there several times myself and we have stayed at the Barcelo Mayo Palace which is child friendly (ideal for our Grandchildren) plus one can take advantage of activities at the the adjacent four additional beach-front hotels. IF you are interested in history and archeological sites, one of my favourites that I highly recommend is the Mayan Ruins located in Tulum (not all that far from Cancun) as its scenery is breathtaking in itself, takes about an hour and half (at the most) to view and posses an aura that one might describe as spiritual. Note, there is no shade and lots of walking so dress accordingly. Also shall mention if using a taxi for transportation; many drivers will agree to wait for you while you do what you have to do (shopping, sightseeing etc.) as work out of compounds in association with the hotels. Hope these tidbits help.

The scalloped tee is cute and different. I like the sleeve to cover my saggy/skinny upper arms.
I never looked at Blair’s clothes and am surprised by their reasonable prices. For jeans, I too am a 28″ inseam.

I have always loved white denim jackets. They look good with everything. My problem is that i have never found one that fits me properly. But love the whole outfit today. Looks very fresh and fun!
